FAQs

What are your delivery times?

We offer only one shipping method, Premium Economy Shipping. Once your order is placed, we need 2 to 3 days to process your order, then comes the shipping time which is 10 to 15 days.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we ship worldwide.

Will you provide me with a tracking number?

Yes, a tracking number will be provided to you once your order leaves our premises.

A tax to pay upon arrival of the package?

No tax will be charged when your package arrives and if this happens (very rare case) we undertake to pay this tax for you.

Some products are missing, what should I do?

Our products are shipped separately depending on your order. For example, if your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries with two different tracking numbers. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.

An item is damaged, what should I do?
